WHAT IS WAGS?

WAGS is the acronym for “Wigs and Gowns Squadron” which consists of Barristers and Solicitors who own or crew on sail and power boats.

Each year a WAGS sailing event is held, however during Covid WAGS was unable to be held, so this will be a celebration of back to “normality” – not that there is anything “normal” about lawyers, let alone those who sail or cruise on Power or Sail boats.

RMYS is running the WAGS sailing day in conjunction with RMYS “Red Pants Funday” to be followed by a BBQ lunch and presentation of trophies.

The “Race” will be a short race in the vicinity of RMYS around marks/buoys.
