Easing of Restrictions in Victoria

Here is the latest news from Australian Sailing – https://www.sailingresources.org.au/covid-19/

In Short:

• Recreational boating is allowed as long as physical distancing and mass gathering rules are observed
• Club organised racing is not yet permitted
• You can go sailing or boating recreationally (not organised racing) in a single handed dinghy with groups of up to 20 people, as long as you keep the 1.5mtr distancing 
• You can go sailing recreationally (not organised club racing) in a keel boat with up to 20 people as long as you keep the 1.5mtr distancing if they do not live with you

We are working on a Winter and Summer yachting and power boat racing and cruising program, and will announce it as soon as we are able to when restrictions are lifted further.
